BACKGROUND
Nick is a licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida with over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Nick started working in the construction field with his family’s masonry company during his high school summer breaks. After high school, he continued his work in the industry while attending college and started his first business at the age of 19. Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Flagler College earning Cum Laude honors. While working for this first commercial construction firm, he obtained his general contractor’s license. Nick spent the next 15 years with 3 commercial construction firms holding positions as Assistant Project Manager, Project Executive, and Senior Project Manager. During this time, he has worked on projects totaling over $1B. Nick started T.N. Lee Construction in 2016 and later re-named the company to T.N. Lee Services in 2025 to further diversify the business and expand what he offers to his clients.
