Overview
We are building a network of licensed engineers and experienced consultants available for assigned work in select service areas. Opportunities may include field inspections, documentation review, technical analysis, structural drawings and plans, code compliance evaluations, permit-related review, report preparation, and expert support depending on licensure, experience, location, and project needs.
Potential Assignments
- Forensic inspections and site evaluations
- Documentation review and technical analysis
- Structural drawings, plans, and construction-related review
- Evaluations of pre-built structures for code compliance or permit approval
- Site surveys for drainage, concrete, asphalt, and exterior work
- Foundation evaluations for settlement, movement, or leaking
- Report preparation and report support
- Litigation-related technical and expert support
- Property damage, construction, and building envelope assignments
Ideal Backgrounds
- Licensed PEs and qualified technical consultants
- Forensic engineering and structural evaluation experience
- Storm damage, construction defect, and building envelope experience
- Building code, permitting, structural plan, or construction documentation experience
- Drainage, concrete, asphalt, foundation, or site-work evaluation experience
- Residential or commercial property inspection background
- Technical reporting, litigation, or expert support experience
Engagement Type
