Roof and Exteior Aerial Photograph Report

$250.00

This report presents Roof and Exterior Aerial Photography performed on the subject residential structure. The purpose of this report is to document the current condition of the roof system and exterior envelope to establish a photographic time series of the property’s physical state.

The assessment is conducted using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology equipped with an HD-resolution imaging system. The resulting imagery provides a high-definition visual record of observable exterior conditions, forming a reliable baseline for future comparative evaluations following storm events, environmental exposure, or general deterioration.

The aerial assessment includes high-resolution photographs captured from standardized vantage points to ensure complete structural coverage:

  • One top-down (plan-view) image providing an overall perspective of roof geometry, drainage pathways, and visible surface condition.

  • A minimum of four oblique-angle images, each directed toward a separate corner of the residence, documenting roof slope transitions, eaves, ridgelines, and exterior wall surfaces.

Together, these images establish a comprehensive visual reference of the property’s existing condition, suitable for comparison with subsequent post-event documentation to identify potential damage, material displacement, or progressive wear.

This photographic record is non-intrusive and intended solely as a visual baseline. It does not constitute an engineering inspection, structural evaluation, or certification of performance.
